Bus quotes are dependent upon total mileage for trip, as well as the number of coaches requested for service.
Hawkins Charter Service will provide written bus quotes. Once you've decided on your destination, Hawkins Charter will provide you with a written contract outlining details of your trip.
There is a 10% deposit due upon booking charter buses. Final payment is due two weeks in advance prior to destination.
Methods of payment include: Personal checks, Money orders, Purchase Orders and Credit cards.
